High gain DC-DC converters are getting popular due to the increased use of renewable energy sources (RESs). Common ground between input and output, low voltage stress across power switches high at lower duty ratios desirable features required in any converter. widely used DC microgrids supply meet local demands. In this work, a step-up converter is proposed based on lift (VL) technique using single switch. The has greater than traditional boost (TBC) Traditional quadratic (TQBC). effect inductor parasitic resistances discussed. losses occurring various components calculated PLECS software. To confirm performance converter, hardware prototype 200 W developed laboratory. simulation results presented determine both open-loop closed-loop conditions. operation, PI controller maintain constant output when load or changed.
